I went to Judo for the first time in two months

Today, I worked at the day service work as usual, and then I went to a curry restaurant that I’ve been going to often these days. I ordered spinouts keema curry by the chef’s recommendation.

After put something in to stomach, I went to pool there I swam and walk.

After that, I went to Judo dojo. It was already 30 min before to end.

I’ve done sumo wrestling there which made me so tired.

I want to be strong for that Judo is not bad, however that deprive a lot of time from me. And it destroy my rhythm of nerve system.
